This course aims to provide a learner with the personal knowledge, skills and competence to work effectively in a care setting. It aims to promote good practice and respect for diversity in lifestyle, religion and culture in care work.

This course will cover the following topics:

  • Working in Care

  • Working with Others

  • Relating to the Client

  • Reflection and Development

Special Requirement to participate on this course you must be working in a CARE SETTING CURRENTLY.
